Trackary, the new name of Voirail, published in Lille
Trackary is the new name of Voirail. Voirail was a tool born for rail-road equipment, meaning machines that run both on roads and on railway tracks.
Since 2 October 2026, the new Trackary manages all equipment and all trades. Rail-road is one trade among others. Equipment categories, regulatory checks, preventive maintenance plans and report templates come from a library per equipment type, which each organisation can edit. If you operate rail-road equipment, the rail-road equipment page covers that case.
THE LEVEL CODE designs, develops and runs Trackary in production. It is also the company you contact if you have a question.
This also matters for your data. Details on hosting, backups and access rights are on the data security page. If you want to leave the service, the account deletion page explains how.
What Trackary does, and what it does not do
Trackary is software for equipment fleet management and maintenance (CMMS, computerised maintenance management system). It is used in the browser, on a computer or on a phone. See the equipment fleet management software page and the CMMS for construction equipment page.
Trackary costs €14 excl. VAT per active machine per month (€11 above 50 machines), unlimited users, with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required.
| Trackary does | Trackary does not |
|---|---|
| Keeps a record for each machine in the fleet | Carry out VGP inspections: an inspection body does |
| Tracks VGP and compliance due dates, findings (reserves) and inspection reports | Transfer the employer’s responsibility |
| Receives anomalies reported from the field | Do rental quotes or invoicing |
| Plans interventions and scheduled maintenance | Diagnose breakdowns automatically |
| Lets you fill in and sign reports on a phone, and keeps the maintenance log | Appear on the App Store or Google Play: the mobile app opens in the phone’s browser |
| Offers suggested entries with Trackary AI | Save anything without your validation |
Trackary AI: it suggests, you validate
Trackary AI reads a photo of a machine’s nameplate, an imported VGP inspection report or the manuals, and suggests the details of a machine record, anomalies, due dates and maintenance plans. It also answers questions about the fleet, with a link to the relevant record.
Nothing is saved before you validate it. The organisation’s administrator can switch the assistant off for the whole organisation or for certain roles. Information on providers and data retention is on the data security page.
