To delete your Trackary account, an app published by THE LEVEL CODE: on the web, open « Compte » (Account) › « Zone de danger » (Danger zone) › « Supprimer le compte » (Delete account), type SUPPRIMER and click « Supprimer » (Delete). In the mobile app: « Plus » (More) › « Réglages » (Settings) › « Supprimer mon compte » (Delete my account), then hold the button for 5 seconds. Deletion is immediate, with no confirmation e-mail. Your credentials, name and contact details are erased; backups within 7 months.
This page covers the Trackary app, published by THE LEVEL CODE (The Level Code SASU, SIREN 106 997 059, Lille, France). It gives the exact steps, what is erased, what is kept and for how long. The app is in French, so screen labels are quoted in French with an English gloss.
Before you start: get your data
Deletion is permanent. Download what you want to keep first.
- Your personal data: account page, « Zone de danger » (Danger zone) tab, « Télécharger mes données » (Download my data) card. You get a JSON (data format) or CSV (opens in a spreadsheet) file with your account, the terms you accepted and, for each organisation, your record, time clocking, absences, qualifications, operating permits, jobs, messages and conversations with Trackary AI. Files and other members’ data are not included.
- A whole organisation: the owner or an administrator opens the organisation settings › « Supprimer l’espace » (Delete workspace) › « Exporter toutes les données » (Export all data) card. They receive a ZIP archive with one CSV file per category, documents, photos and closed reports as PDF. The link is valid for 7 days.
Delete your account on the web
On a computer or a phone, in a browser:
- Sign in at app.trackary.com.
- Open the account menu (your name, at the bottom of the sidebar), then « Compte » (Account).
- Open the « Zone de danger » (Danger zone) tab. The « Télécharger mes données » (Download my data) card comes first, then the « Supprimer le compte » (Delete account) card.
- Click « Supprimer le compte » (Delete account). The « Supprimer votre compte ? » (Delete your account?) window says that deletion is immediate and permanent, with no confirmation e-mail.
- Type SUPPRIMER: the button stays inactive until the word is typed. Then click « Supprimer » (Delete).
- The account is deleted right away, your session is closed and the « Compte supprimé » (Account deleted) page appears. No e-mail, no link to click, no waiting period.
Delete your account in the Trackary mobile app
In the mobile app, deletion is immediate when the hold ends. No confirmation e-mail is sent. The app then signs you out. The web and mobile apps use the same processing, so the result is the same.
- Open the Trackary mobile app (or its browser version, mobile.trackary.com) and sign in. Tap the « Plus » (More) tab, then « Réglages » (Settings).
- Scroll down to the « Zone sensible » (Sensitive zone) section. Tap « Télécharger mes données » (Download my data) if you want your data first: the web account page opens in the browser.
- Still in « Zone sensible », tap « Supprimer mon compte » (Delete my account).
- On the « Supprimer votre compte » (Delete your account) screen, press and hold the « Maintenir pour supprimer » (Hold to delete) button for 5 seconds.
What is erased, what is kept
On deletion, you are removed from all your organisations, all your sessions are closed and pending links or codes are cancelled.
The items kept stay in the organisation that entered them: it is the data controller for that data under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). They no longer identify you.

- Deletion refused (on the web, the button stays greyed out and the card offers « Transférer la propriété » (Transfer ownership), « Nommer un administrateur » (Appoint an administrator) or « Supprimer l’organisation » (Delete the organisation); on mobile, a « La suppression du compte n’a pas pu aboutir » (Account deletion could not be completed) alert appears): if you are the only owner or the last administrator of an organisation that has other members, first transfer ownership, appoint another administrator, or delete the organisation.
- An organisation where you were the only member: it is archived and nobody can access it any more. Its data is deleted on simple written request to contact@thelevelcode.com.
- Deleting an organisation’s data: this is deleting the organisation, reserved for the owner (settings › « Supprimer l’espace » (Delete workspace) › « Suppression de l’organisation » (Organisation deletion) card), confirmed with a code received by e-mail. It can be cancelled for 30 days, then data, documents, photos, reports and exports are deleted. If you are the owner, do this before deleting your account.
- Subscription: deleting your account or the organisation does not cancel a running subscription. Cancel it first, in writing to contact@thelevelcode.com. Without a subscription, nothing is billed.
- No access to the app any more: write to contact@thelevelcode.com from your account’s e-mail address to exercise your right to erasure. We reply within one month, as GDPR article 12 requires.
- Disagreement: you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
